A traditional Japanese style house with sliding doors, decorative tatami mat floor. 2 levels, low prim. Highly detailed with customs textures. Translucent walls from inside.

2 rooms on first floor, 1 on second and a balcony with 2 lights (touch to turn on). 2 sliding doors with realistic sound (full permission script to change settings; lock, change sound, etc.). 2 extra tatami mats and interior door for place them wherever you want without unlinking the house.

21 x 16 meter footprint aproximately, with just 58 prims. This house comes linked, including doors, so you don’t need to use a rezz box, just take it out of inventory and place it wherever you like.

Mod / Copy / No Trans. You can modify for customisation; change textures, remove and add parts, etc.
Includes a notecard with basic edit instructions, (English and Spanish).
